GENERAL

TDLC vertical long axis pump is an advanced and mature product that absorb the domestic and foreign advanced pump design and manufacturing experience, which is developed to meet the needs market. The product can be used to transport fresh water, rain water, millscale water, sewage, corrosive industrial waste water, sea water and other liquids that the temperature is below 55 °C ; it also can be specially designed to transport 90 °C liquids. They are widely used for water companies, sewage treatment plants, power plants, steel mills, mines, mining enterprises, municipal water supply and drainage, irrigation, flood control and drainage project.

CHARACTERISTICS OF STRUCTURE

TDLC vertical mixed flow pump have the features of vertical suction down,horizontal outlet , vacuum start without extraction, single-base installation, pumps and motors directly connected, small footprint of base. Looking down from the motor side, pump rotor parts counter-clockwise rotate. 

Major characteristics:

1, By using the hydraulic design software to optimize design. It has superior performance and take full account of the anti-abrasion properties for impeller and guide vane,so the life of impeller and guide vane are greatly improved.This pump  is stable, safe, reliable, efficient and energy saving.

2, The entry is equipped with the filter,and the hole size is appropriate, so it not only effectively prevent the large particles of impurities getting into it to damage pump, but also minimize the loss of entry to improve the efficiency of pump.

3,Adopted balanced hole and balanced axial on impeller, front and back of impeller covers are equipped with replaceable seal ring to protect the impeller and guide vane.

4, Pump's rotor components include impeller, impeller shaft, intermediate shaft, upper shaft, couplings, adjustable nuts and so on. 

5, The intermediate shaft, lifting pipes and protection tube are multi-sections. The shaft is connected by thread coupling or sleeve coupling; the quantity of lifting pipe  can be changed according to users' needs to adapt to different depths. Impeller and guide vane can be a single-stage or multi-stage for adapting to different requirements on lift .

6, The length of single shaft is reasonable, and its stiffness is adequate.

7, lifting pipes are connected by flange, and there are guide bearing between adjacent lifting pipes.Guide bearing are installed on the guide bearing body and the guide vane,which is made from Teflon,Sairong or nitrile rubber.Protection tubes are used for the protection of the shaft and guide bearing, when transport water, the protection tube can be not applied and guide bearing does not need external cooling lubrication; when transfer sewage, the protection tube must be installed , and guide bearing need external cooling lubrication (pump is equipped with self closing sealing systems, so when pumps stop, the self-sealing system can prevent sewage getting into the closed guide bearing).

8, The residual axial force of pump and the weight of rotor parts can be beared by the thrust bearing in motor or the motor bearings. Thrust bearings use grease lubrication (also known as dry oil lubrication) or oil lubrication (also known as thin oil lubrication)

9,The seal shaft is packing sealed; seal bearing and guide bearing are equipped with a removable sleeve to protect the shaft.Position of impeller axial is conveniently adjusted by thrust bearing parts on the top or nut in coupling.  

10,The vertical mixed flow pumps which the outlet diameter is φ100 and φ150 are only used to transport fresh water at room temperature; they are without protection tubes, guide bearing do not need external lubrication; if users need protection tubes, our company can also provide feasible solutions.
